"These are the only wicks I have used for years. I used to drive to Atlanta and pick my order up. I recently placed an order not knowing that flaming candle had moved to another state. Shipping took over two weeks. My medium wicks were not the normal size. Not sure what wicks I received although the pacing read medium wicks. I’m glad I only made a small order. I attached a photo to show the difference in sizes."

"I ordered hundreds of wicks - these tested poorly during prototype burning. The wicks either burn too hot or fizzle out. Additionally, some arrive warped and won't burn evenly. I found a better distributor who actually reads their emails!"

"Every time I would try to light a candle it would only burn for a few seconds then go out. I tried cutting it short then long so it can have more length to burn but it would only burn for a few seconds. I even tried to light it without being in a candle and still burned for seconds before going out. Also compared to other candles with wooden wick the wicks I purchased from here are very thin"
