Disappointing in cold process soap

"OOB it's a beautiful fragrance that behaves well during soapmaking, however it does not stick during cure. I had even anchored the fragrance with clay and still disappeared two weeks into cure. I will have to rebatch my soap because of this as I would be embarrassed to sell it as is, no fragrance."

Oh goodness!

"Well, I absolutely adore this fragrance. Sadly, it did not perform as I wanted it to in 6006. Neither the cold throw nor the hot throw. So, I'm not sure what to think. I'm pretty certain it would be great in a room spray, and the IFRA will definitely allow for enough fragrance to be used in that application. It's hard for a fragrance to NOT perform in 6006. So, just in case it's my error, will make another test candle. I'm going to drop down the percentage in case the added fragrance is creating too much fuel and burning up the scent. Will report back once retest is done. I do highly recommend it in general and can't wait for someone to report how it performs in soap. Does it accelerate trace, discolor or rice?"
