"I purchased this to go with golden brands 464 soy wax and it took a quarter of the block just to achieve a red color in 8oz of wax. I started with an amount that would make the block last through 5lbs of wax and ended up with hot pink. It was really pretty but not what I was looking for in Christmas candles. Live and learn I guess. . ."

"This is my first time using candle dye. I have a suggestion for others when using any of the dyes. . . . . slice off what you think you need/want, then cut that amount in half. It doesn't take much to get a nice rich color. I found, to much dye, makes the candle look plain"
