"It's a lovely scent- not the offensive strong hippie patchouli many have grown to hate- it's a soft almost vanilla herbaceous pathchouli. Mixed well with 494 and CT was lighter and HT was great."

It is prone to discoloring and darkening due to the vanillin content and ingredients. However, small-batch testing is paramount to ensure you achieve your desired results with your specific recipe.
How is patchouli in CP soap? Any acceleration or ricing, does it discolor?: Hi Marie! This fragrance is not known to accelerate or cause ricing in cold process soap, and it can darken and discolor quite a bit.
