Q&A

Does the sample oil have enough product for one full small or medium size candle?
General recommendations are 1 oz. fragrance per 16 oz. wax for a 6.25% fragrance load, so our 2-oz size is perfect for testing several candles.
I see people using for candles and on the description this shows soap/ lotion safe, but in the SDS sheet it states this oil irritates skin. If there a proper way to make it skin safe, or am I just miss reading the information?
Hello! The oil has been tested and may be safely used up to the percentage listed per the IFRA in each application. For example, you may use up to 4.39% of the fragrance in a lotion (Category 5A). The SDS provides information on potentially hazardous ingredients and usually relates more to large quantities in terms of manufacturing, handling, warehousing, and transport. Many hazards listed are potential, or only at high concentrations, or are only active under certain conditions (such as inhaling wax flakes for a respiratory hazard). Because ingredient sensitivities vary between individuals, we provide the IFRA, SDS, and EU Allergens documents so each customer can make informed decisions based on their unique needs.
Hello! What percentage of fragrance is recommended for your 10 oz vessel with your C-6 coconut soy wax?
Hello Britany! NatureWax C-6 Coconut/Soy Wax has a fragrance load of approximately 6%. You can test incrementally adding Vybar 260 or stearic acid if you'd like to try 7%-8% fragrance, but we've found that it usually isn't necessary to exceed 6%-7.5% FO load with proper wicking and a 2-week cure with C-6.
Is this Mahogany teakwood FO safe and/or compatible for room sprays?
Hi Lisa! IFRA Category 10B provides the maximum safe usage amount for room sprays, and small-batch testing is the best way to determine compatibility.
Has this been tested in CP soap yet? I saw a response since 2021 saying testing was going to happen but no update. This same fragrance bought under your sister/parent company Wholesale Supplies Plus does not perform well in CP soaps at all so would like to know about this one before I purchase
