My order TFC-411118 (#D2677) was severely delayed and ultimately lost, causing a major backup for my small business. The Flaming Candle did rush out a replacement, which I appreciated, but the replacement arrived missing the main item I ordered and already paid for. After the original delay, lost shipment, business disruption, and now a missing item, this has been far more frustrating than it should have been. I hope they resolve this quickly, but unfortunately I cannot recommend them based on this experience."
