Q&A

Hello - can I get some assistance with the wood wicking for this wax? I've now tried 3 different sizes and for a 2.5in diameter container I would have used a wood wick with .5" diameter and a booster and this wax does not burn well with that wick, the candle seems to be drowning. Is there an extra additive in this wax?
Try testing one of our dual-ply wooden wicks, which perform best in natural waxes (start with Med & Lg sizes). Ensure you're trimming the wick much shorter than a standard wick type or it will self-extinguish. Please feel free to email us for further assistance.

Hi there! I purchased this wax blend thinking this was Coco Apricot but it does not appear that way at all. I also used the Zinc wicks as I have when using the Coco Apricot wax. Will the Zinc wicks work with this blend?
Hi Darlene! Because this blend is a natural wax that is paraffin-free, we recommend testing ECO or CD wicks -- they have yielded the best performance in our tests.
