Q&A

Is it supposed to have small amounts of small particles of Cristal to it. I received it today. I was just curious if that's normal.
Hi Josh, crystallization occurs when one or more of the ingredients with a higher freeze temp separates and crystallizes. This is normal and common during colder months; vanillin is especially prone to it. You can warm the bottle in a water bath or double boiler, swirling periodically until it remelts.
