- Does this hold color with the dyes? or is it too clear
- Thank you for reaching out to us. We have tested all of the soaps at our facility with our dyes. Clear soap does hold dye well! We just recommend using the recommended usage amounts for dyes. Hope this helps.
- Would this and your other soap bases be considered soap or cosmetics under FDA rules?
