"I had this week in an 8 oz 2 and 3/4 diameter glass vessel. Everything was OK but the flame jumps a lot on this wick. Melt pool was adequit but it was a bouncy flame for sure."

Which CD wicks are best to use for a 17 oz 3-wick candle ?
When triple-wicking, you will test using three wicks sized for a diameter of about 1.3" - 1.4" based on the 4.125" container diameter. We recommend starting wick testing with CD 6, 8, & 10 -- based on your burn test results, you can wick up or down from there or try a different wick series.
