And they offer one free sample and I've spent over $100 each order and one time I did not receive my first sample. I reached out to the company explained my situation and it seemed that they were not concerned and brushed me off I really like the company and they have good fragrances. And other materials for candles, but unfortunately, I think I will be canceling ordering from them again"
