"I purchased this particular wick, because I make wax fire starters, and up until now, I have been digging through my stash of wicks, un-tabbing them, and cutting them in half. I figured this might save me the step of un-tabbing them, and it was successful! I did however, soak the wicks in wax, because I wanted them to be taut in order to have them stick out of the muffin liner. I had already cut them one night, and had some wax left over in my presto pot, threw them all in there, swished them around, and laid them out to dry on wax paper. took about 10 minutes, and they turned out perfect! Now, I can stop digging into my candle wicks! üòÅ"
