Q&A

Does the hexagon 4oz jar fit the 58 twist lid? Does the 9oz hexagon fit the 63 twist lids? Are the lids only available in silver? Other colors? Since they are overstocked are you planning to discontinue these soon?
Hi Paula, we carry the 58 Twist Lids in both Gold and Silver, and they fit the 4-oz Hexagon Jars. The 63 Twist Lids are in both Gold and Silver, and they fit the 9-oz Hexagon Jars.
Hello! What is the interior diameter of these jars? Thank you!
Hello, Thanks for reaching out! The inner diameter of the jars is approximately 2.75" and holds roughly 3.25 oz. wax.
What wick size do you suggest for 4 oz hex jars with 444 soy wax? I tried CD 12 but all I could smell was smoke. According to the chart I should go up a size, but I'm thinking I should go down a size. Would appreciate any input.
Hi Chris! A properly sized wick will melt at approximately 1 inch per hour and be no more than 1/2 inch deep after 4 hours of burning. If you wick is burning faster than this you may need to go down a size. The Wick Guide is only for suggestions to help in the testing phase of candle making. Also keep in mind that GW 444 is a soy wax, this type of wax requires a cure time of 5-7 days minimum for optimal hot throw. for additional assistance don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, we are happy to help!
