Very disappointed

"I went to open a new bottle yesterday and the oil was bright red. I've ordered this fragrance oil numerous times before and never had an issue with it. It makes my white beeswax candles pink and looks horrible in my jars, especially my luxury Grey jar. It also doesn't burn properly. When I called customer service, the lady seemed preoccupied. She told me they would email me some questions so they could do a quality check and I never received the email. Out the money and have to pull my best selling fragrance right before Christmas. Not happy at all! If I could give zero stats, I would! I do not recommend until the issue is fixed."

"I love it! It brings back memories of an old fashioned Christmas growing up. Mmmm. . . . good! It's an old fashioned Christmas in a bottle. I love the sweetness mixed with pine. It's nice and strong and a perfect scent for the holiday season. Made guest soaps with this scent."

Recently not same quality

"I love this scent, its been a best seller of mine for YEARS. My recent 7lb jug arrived and I noticed the difference in color. The newer jug is dark brown and has a tangy/sweet scent to it. I emailed TFC and they said the manufacturer deemed it to be of acceptable quality. I poured both this new batch and from what I had left from last year and it smells different and the look of the candle is not good. This batch yielded a slightly pink/brown tinged wax, the original fragrance had no issues with great scent and no discoloration. My customers will know the difference, TFC basically said I was out of luck. I ordered 2 16oz sizes in hopes that maybe they're from a different batch of oil, we'll see. I'm disappointed as I can't use this newer bottle, my customers will know the difference, and if the 16oz bottles I ordered are the same them I'm out one of my best sellers likely for the whole season."
