"I haven't used the thermometer yet but am sure it will be just fine though I wonder if I will be able to use with the 4 lbs pouring pitcher. After learning some more about candle making it seems that using a infrared thermometer gun type instrument may be a lot easier than using a hand thermometer. I'm sure I will find some good use of the thermometer and just chalk this up as a lesson learned."
