Timely and personal communication with our customers, as well as offering fast and economic shipping, are both things The Flaming Candle family has always prided itself on.  You are the most important part of our business so when we fall short, we know we owe you an apology. 

For reasons we could not anticipate fast enough, we are encountering longer than normal processing times in getting your picked, packed and shipped. Regardless of those reasons, the fact is that we have let our customers down and haven’t communicated the issue to you in a timely manner. 

We are currently working around the clock to process orders and get back to our normal processing times. We will continue to be as transparent as possible to you personally and on the site in as we provide updates.
