Q&A

When using this product to make a sugar scrub/wash what dye should I use? The liquid soap dye or mica? Also, how much dye can I use if I'm making the entire 32 oz package + 32 oz organic sugar = 64 ozs?
Hi Cheryl! Both types of colorants will work in this base, and the amount will depend on the color you are trying to achieve. The recommended usage is listed in each product description. 2-3 drops per pound would be 8-12 drops for 64 oz.

I whipped this product for 15 minutes. I cannot for the life of me get the clumps to whip out. I tried my kitchen aid and a hand mixer. I'm so disappointed. Is there anything else I should have done?
Thank you for reaching out to us. Typically, whipping the foaming bath butter with an electric mixer for about ten minutes should dissipate the grittiness texture. You may want to try adding in some additional oils (coconut, jojoba, avocado) to help give a smoother finish for your product if that is what you are attempting to achieve. Hope this helps.
