"Afterall, this is what I expected. I wanted to say I received the wrong item. However, after reading other reviews, I realized there is a protective coating on these! Glad I figured it out! Will order more now! And they are nice & shiny!"
"I have never seen anything like these lids the plastic covering is so time consuming to take off that it's not worth it to purchase the very nice quality containers that they fit. They are affixed so tightly to the underside of the lid that you can't get all of the white plastic off."
"I can't imagine having the time to peel off the protective covering of each lid if I'd placed a large order. Not user friendly or practical. Product is fine but it was labor intensive to take covering off."
