Q&A

Is this product discontinued? Is there any other way to get it?
Please submit all product ETA inquiries to info@theflamingcandle.com. Only fragrances listed under Closeouts have been discontinued.
I have an 8 oz vessel with a 2.93 diameter. I used this fragrance oil at 8% with my vessel and soy 464 from Amazon and tested a CD 10, CD 12, and a CD 14. All 3 had a week flame and were tunneling with low to no HT. What am I doing wrong? :u00fc:ò≠
Hi Twana! Tunneling usually indicates that your wick is too small. You may find that you need to wick up a size or so with soy wax, and 464 can require a longer cure time. Our website Resource Center has a Troubleshooting Guide, a Wick Guide, and helpful information, or you can email info@theflamingcandle.com for further assistance.
Can I use your fragrance for diffusers? If so, what is max fragrance load ? :) Thank you!
Hi Kate! Please refer to the appropriate IFRA category for each individual fragrance oil in order to determine its specific maximum safe usage amount for your application. Safety documents such as the SDS and IFRA are found past the description on the right-hand column of each product page.
Can this fragrance be use in reed diffusers?
Thank you for reaching out. All of our fragrance oils can be used in reed diffusers when used with a reed diffuser base like the one we sell. We recommend 80% base to 20% fragrance oil. Hope this helps!
