Beware, Fragrance smell not consistent

"My customers love this fragrance, but I received 2 lbs of something completely different in my last order. I told the company and after two days of the runaround, I was told nothing was wrong with the fragrance, there was just some ""variance with it. What scent do you think will mix well with this one?
Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we have not tested this fragrance mixed with another at our facility. However, this may mix well with a sweeter floral scent like lavender. You can always figure out which direction you are looking to go with fragrance notes. We would suggest buying smaller 1 oz bottles of the fragrances you are looking to blend and test them to make sure they meet your expectations.
Hi! I bought White Sage and Citrus 1 oz sample bottle.I d like to use on cold process soap. I' m no sure the ratio of pounds of soap - fragance. Thank you
Hi Claudia! Thank you for your question. When making cold process soap most people use between 3% and 5% fragrance load. It is recommended to use a soap calculator to determine the weights needed of each ingredient. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are happy to help!
