"I made soy wax melts with this fragrance oil. Used 10% fragrance and they turned out great. Strong cedar smell throughout my apartment. I will be making candles with this next so I can sell both melts and candles for my business."

doesn't smell like a fire at all

"i don't get what all the other reviews are saying. This doesn't smell like a fire at all, no hint of smoke or wood. Smells like cologne or Axe body spray or something artificial. Now I have a large bottle of it and don't know what to do with it. I would say the Firewood fragrance smells a bit more like what I was looking for, but alas I only have a sample size of that. not sure how to scent my 11 pounds of candle wax now, pretty disappointed. :/"

Feeling confused by reviews, smells like earth/grass/cologne

"I had ordered fireside from another company and it was spot on with the B&BW fireside, I was already ordering my coffee house oil from here so I thought for sure this oil has to smell just the same as my other fireside, not even close, fireside smells like a woodsy charcoal firewood type fragrance that reminds you of a cold winter evening, this fireside smells like grass and earth, not bad at all but extremely not like fireside, it can be passed off as a earthy botanical fragrance in a mens line or for anyone. I'm so disappointed that I did not order the 1oz but instead went for the 4oz and immediately checked the website return policy and there is no exchange or return, and I ordered another 4oz of another fragrance that smells far from what I was expecting from such a classic fragrance, its a loss."
