"Out of the bottle cap you get a berry scent with a hint of herb and a little bit of what smells kind of like something went bad like a spoiled fruit smell? But all of that disappears when made into a candle you get that perfect balance of sweet and herbal scent when the candle is cold and it throws very well in a candle I am 100% using this for my fall line! I used ProBlend 400 paraffin!"

Don't recommend for cp soap

"Based on another review for cp soap I tried this blackberry sage and was thoroughly disappointed. The scent is ok, but the performance in my recipe wasn't good. Immediate applesaucing and then the fragrance separated out of the batter. I almost had a soap volcano with a slow-moving recipe and low temps (87F). Hoping it reabsorbs, but not holding out much hope for this one. design completely ruined and this is with a solid base color and multicolored top. Not sure about discoloration yet, but the oil will go in light yellow. I would probably only use this in wax/lotions/scrubs etc."
