Cut the base into small chunks melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring occasionally until fully liquefied (do not overheat; melt point is about 119°F). Add fragrance and color, stirring well to incorporate. Pour into clean, dry molds and allow to cool completely before unmolding. Use as-is or further decorate, embed, or layer as desired.
