"Just the wooden wick I have been looking for. No black soots and burns clean so far. Still testing and hopeful but so far I think I found the right wooden wicks after wasting lots of other wooden wicks. It stays lit for me. I thought I would need to soak it olive oil but nope burns fine without it. Going to get the 100 pack soon after my testing."

"The flame was so large and produced so much smoke that my smoke detector continued to go off. My house was so smokey I had to open the windows. I would not recommend this wick. I have used the medium wicks and never had this problem."

Great wicks are fabulous

"We recently purchased XXL, XL and L wood wicks. The XXL was the same size as the ones we had been using but these were much thicker so we had to go down two sizes. We burned those and the flame was really high for a 4" diameter candle. We went to XL and same thing. The L works great so keep in mind these burn much hotter than any wick you get from China or off Amazon. Great product!"

The best wick out there

"I have tested with multiple wooden wicks and this wick does the absolute job. It performs well with other waxes, the flame is at a perfect level and most of all the flame is consistent. I didn't have no issues at all using this wick and I tested in different jars over 20 times. This wick is worth every dollar compared to all the other ones I tried, definitely purchasing more in the near future."

"These are terrible. Spend the extra money to get them from another source; it will be worth it. Every one of these I've trimmed has split on me - ruining my candles. Not good quality. Highly annoying."

Whats the best wax to use with wooden wicks??
Hello Jody! You really can use soy wax or even a blend. The most popular is soy wax.
I am having a hard time keeping the large wick lit in my 10 oz tumblers. What are tips to keep the candle lit?
Hi Rebecca! Wooden wicks need to be kept trimmed short (1/8" - 3/16") with a max 8% fragrance load. If you are using soy wax, we suggest also testing the XL wick and switching to the Dual ply wooden wicks (as they perform best with natural waxes).
