"This wax arrived in upon opening the box. It was extremely dry and crumbly, not at all the smooth creamy texture that I am used to with C6 wax, which tells me that it’s either being stored at the wrong temperature or it’s old wax. I have yet to use it because I am afraid it’s going to make terrible candles with clumps of soy on top. I’ve had this experience before with bad wax was a waste of my money. I’ll be ordering from somewhere else."

Is nice but need to blend again

"Phenomenal hot throw and cold throw, but i just can't stand the craters (cauliflower like appearance) that form after burning the candle. This can be easily communicated to customers though, it's a very minor issue. But it makes my skin walk a bitüòÇüòÇ"

Too Soft

"Too soft, it seems the texture has changed since the last time I used it. The first few times I tested this wax it was on the harder side and now it so soft that it seems to melt too fast and have a deeper melt pool. Im wondering if it was just the one batch. I loved this wax but if the texture is always going to be so soft I will not buy again."

1st use of Cargill C-6 coconut Soy

"It was very hard when received. Thru the whole process of using it. The reviews said it was a softer wax- however I had a few minor issues but all in all I liked the glass adhesive, very nice. CT very nice- still curing some so don't know the HT quality yet."

Hello do you know if the wax is 100% coconut/soy or if the wax mix contains any paraffin

Is this wax intended to be soft as butter?
Hi Joyce, coconut waxes are typically quite soft, which is why they are often pre-blended with soy wax.

Hello Maria, we prefer ECO with coconut blends -- it tends to burn slightly warmer than CD due to its braiding. The best wick depends on your specific recipe, so consider CD if using a higher fragrance load.
Which wick is recommended? I used 1 √ó ECO-12 6" Pre-Tabbed Wick. and it seems to burn my candle too hot.
Hi Sally, ECO wicks work well with coconut blend waxes, but many factors affect wicking. It is possible your wick is simply a bit too large. What is the cure time for this wax
Hi Eshia! For best results, we recommend a 2-week cure time for soy-based waxes.
