"I have ordered both the 4 pound and 1 pound pouring pot and it appear that the outside of the pot always have black residue on it no matter how much I clean it or wash it when using it. I'm unsure if it is coming from the handle or the pot itself but it's annoying to have grey like stained hands when using this pot."

- I just purchased 1 of your small pouring pots for making my wax melts. After one use I notice the black from the handle rubbers off on everything making a mess! I did not get any wax on it! I do have a pouring pot from another company and I am not having this problem! I notice other people have commented about this issue! Can you suggest how I can avoid this! Or can I get a refund! My ordered number is #406090!

- I just received these today and very quick service, thank you! What I received is a lot bigger than the last one I ordered. Did you substitute the 2 pound pots in place of the 1 pound? These are ok, but not what I was expecting. I wish I had known they would have been so much larger (2x). I'll keep them, but I still want the smaller 1 pound pots. Thank you!
