Great smell, but. . . .

"This is the first time making reed diffuser with rattan sticks and sola flowers. I was so happy to add these diffuser to my candle collection (new small business) but even tho using 80% base 20% FO both from TFC the smell is great but not thru the sticks, I started with 4 sticks 1 flower and awaiting a couple days but nothing came out, I have been adding 1 extra every day and now I get 7 sticks 1 flower and nothing. BTW I bought these sticks in Amazon because of the great deal. IDK if I'm doing something wrong but I would appreciate some advice about it like good sticks brand tested with these both products from TFC. TIA."

"I love the base, worked well for me so far. The only issue I have is the base don't mix with any cinnamon fragrance oil. The cinnamon fragrance oil immediately separates from the base. I've added the oil at different ratios and still the same problem. Other than that, great product."

I've read to use the base at an 80/20 ratio. What about the IFRA guidelines (specifically for car diffusers)? If a FO has an IFRA score of 3.7% how would that work with the 80/20 ratio?: Hi Holly, you wouldn't exceed the IFRA usage rate. In general, abide by the lower when IFRA values and fragrance loads conflict.
Can this base be used in electric diffusers?: Hi Monique! Our reed diffuser base is specifically formulated for use with reed sticks.

I am going to be making some car diffusers and I was wondering if the 85/15 was a recommended usage? Can this be adjusted at all? Say 80/20 or 70/30? I have checked the IFRA on a few FO & they state maximum usage of 6%, 7%, 11% & 12%. Does this mean I adjust the base accordingly or do you recommend not using these FO because the low usage rate?: Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us! Some fragrances may not be compatible, and we suggest testing to ensure it works as intended and follows all required regulations.
