Strong Chemical Smell
"I am not really a fan of this. It has a strong chemical smell. And due to further investigation the ingredient DMDM Hydantoin releases formaldehyde to keep the shelf life I guess that's is why I smell chemicals. I tried to dilute it with distilled water , witch hazel and alcohol. When you first spray it you smell the chemical after an hour of sitting on a cloth you just smell the scent"

"This base is fantastic. I used 4% of FO in my 4 oz bottle and it smells so good. I even applied it immediately after mixing and it is great. I know if I let it sit a few more days it will be chef's kiss."

"Makes the job easier just not exactly what I was looking for, I find that the base doesn't hold the scent long, it's sticky and heavy when applied on the skin. Would I buy this again no. I can't say that I would recommend this product because I'm so disappointed with the fact that I've wasted money and time on a product that I can even use."

"I have tried several different scents and can't seem to hold a scent overnight and I added a little gold mica and it turned blue not sure why am I doing something wrong I use another base from another company and don't have this problem at all but it's made with different ingredients so not sure what's going on but smells like straight chemicals after sitting overnight I've attached photos so you can see the gold turned blueish green"

- Hi there, I noticed this product is bubbly when shaken up. I also noticed when I spray bubbles come out of the nozzle. even after letting it sit a bunch of tiny bubbles. How do i fix this?
- Hi Samantha, light foaming, bubbling, and/or sudsing occurs when the Base is over-mixed or over-agitated. It can be slightly diluted with distilled water or witch hazel, but the simplest solution is to mist the top layer of bubbles with 91%-99% rubbing alcohol and they will disappear. Otherwise, the bubbles will slowly dissipate on their own.
