    Reed Diffuser Base

Our clear, high quality reed diffuser base is perfect to use with our concentrated fragrance oils. We suggest using a mixture of approximately 80% base with 20% fragrance oil to create your scented reed diffuser base. This product is VOC compliant and does not contain any chemicals listed on California Proposition 65. Add a touch of color with our liquid candle dye if desired. If adding color, we recommend a very small amount of liquid candle dye, such as dipping the tip of a wooden skewer into the dye and then swirling into the reed diffuser base.

    Directions:

    1) Mix your desired fragrance oil with our reed diffuser base at a proportion of 20% fragrance to 80% base

    2) Pour base into glass container and insert reed sticks

    3) Flip sticks over as desired to keep scent dispersion effective. We recommend flipping approximately every week.

    Flashpoint: 195°F

    1. Works like a charm! 5 Star Review

I finally got around to testing this base with 3 fragrances today and am very pleased. I did end up doing 2 of them at a slightly higher ratio (25% FO) but I will probably re-test them a little lower and see how they do. Can't wait to test more of my scents with this base!

    2. Didn't work for me 1 Star Review

I know that all oils aren't going to be compatible with reed diffuser bases, but I have a pretty good collection of FC oils at home and none of them worked. What would help is if you guys created a list of compatible oils to use with this base. I've since found another base with another company that works very well. Its unfortunate really b/c I actually prefer your fragrance oils to theirs, but even you FO's don't work in their base.
