Ordering & Checkout Questions & Problems

My payment is declined. What is wrong?

Please ensure that all of your information was entered correctly. Please especially make sure you have entered the correct billing street address and zip code. The billing address must match what is on file with your credit card's issuing bank EXACTLY (including any abbreviations or punctuation). If this information is correct and your card is still declined, please contact your credit card company. If you attempt to process payment multiple times with an incorrect address or zip code, your bank may show the charges as pending (even though the charges are actually declined) and hold the money until the charges fall off. The amount of time this takes can vary and will depend on your credit card company's discretion.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. If you submit an e-check via PayPal, your order will not ship until we have confirmation from PayPal that the payment has cleared. 

Can I change my order or combine multiple orders into one shipment?

In order to maintain quick order fulfillment, we are unable to combine shipments, modify, change, or add to any orders that have already been placed. 

 

Shipping Questions

Do you offer a freight shipping service?

Yes, we do. We have competitive LTL rates and are glad to pull a quote for you. Please give us a call for freight inquiries or email us with what you are interested in ordering here: CONTACT US. Fill out the form at the bottom of the Contact Us page.

Why is shipping so expensive? Why don't I have more shipping options?

If the only shipping option is "Pickup at warehouse," it may be because your order exceeds the weight limit for standard shipping. We would be happy to give you a freight quote on large orders or even verify the shipping costs you see online. Also, if the zip code you have entered does not match the state entered, the system will not display accurate shipping quotes. Please give us a call or email us to confirm your shipping options.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We are currently processing orders and shipping out within 4-7 business days. You can give us a call if you have questions about processing or shipping transit time.

Parcel Select is a slower USPS shipping option. Transit can take an estimated 6-10 business days.

**Please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipping transit times. Sometimes mail carriers (USPS, UPS) make mistakes and send packages to incorrect sorting facilities, or have delays which are beyond our control.**

 Georgia Sales Tax

Who is exempt from paying Georgia sales tax?

Anyone who either 1) lives in another state or 2) lives in GA, but can provide us with a Georgia sales tax id number for their business is exempt from paying Georgia Sales tax. Please remember that a sales tax id is different from a tax id number. We do not give additional savings if a business tax id is given to us, as we already offer wholesale pricing to the public. We can only exempt you from paying Georgia sales tax if you fill out a ST-5 form and provide us with a valid sales tax id number for your business.
